Historia
Waking the Tiger offers a new and hopeful vision of trauma. It views the human animal as a unique being, endowed with an instinctual capacity. It asks and answers an intriguing question: Why are animals in the wild, though threatened routinely, rarely traumatized? By understanding the dynamics that make wild animals virtually immune to traumatic symptoms, the mystery of human trauma is revealed.

The first 4 chapters helped a lot after that the book dragged.

I love that is actually helped me get past a long time mental block. It was worth the read just for the first 4 chapters.

A lot of help for me. Especially the concepts and exercises.
I would suggest this book for anyone who's mind wonders to bad things from their past or like me frustration from not getting what they have been pursuing for a long time.
