Horrible, horrible quality

This is NOT the normal narration you’re used to hearing from audible. It’s like she’s talking into a microphone that’s 10 ft away from her, you can literally hear pages turning, smacking of the lips. I couldn’t get past 2 1/2 minutes. Ridiculous.

Very strangely put together book

Firstly, the book seems to be read by a robot. The performance is painful at times, sounding like a bad translator. But what put me off most was the section on speed reading. I saw this section and assumed it would be about reading people. After all, this book is supposed to be about manipulation, right? WRONG. the entire section is all about speed reading books, I have no idea how this is relevant. “Find a nicely lit, quiet space to read”??? Totally goes off topic for no reason. If it had stuck with the NLP I couldn’t have gotten past the horrible delivery, but this took it over the top. .

What an eye opener

Reading this book is the equivalent of landing a huge raise. That is not an exaggeration. While my eyes are now open to my previous ignorance with regards to tax law that caused me to unknowingly give so much money away like so many do every year, I feel that the education I got from this book and the new way I see and understand money will counter that loss and net me a positive lasting gain. This book is not a technical read of a boring reference book. It uses everyday examples and situations to help the reader understand that the tax law was truly written to help you keep your money, not give it away. After reading this you will not be afraid of the tax law and you will see it as a key tool for your success. That alone is worth the price of admission.

A good, suspenseful trip

This book takes you on a journey filled with twists and turns, filling you in on a dark history, a secret cult-like group, a mysterious evil character who seems to be orchestrating everything, and the hero character who finds himself thrust in the middle of it all trying to sort it all out. Character development is good throughout. About 3/4 of the way through I felt it lost just a bit of steam, but it came back by the end. I enjoyed this book and look forward to reading more from Case.
