It's okay, a bit dated and over the top.
Revisado: 07-29-22
The over the top aspect isn't necessarily bad, just can be annoying and audio form. There's some great tips in here and good perspectives.
Was not a fan of the narrator, somewhat ruined it for me.

Different voice actors at times can be confusing
Revisado: 03-29-22
there is this switch between almost a cinematic like voice actor and the regular book audio actors. so sometimes the characters have different voices and this is confusing.

A forced end
Revisado: 10-11-21
Not bad but not top 5 in the series. overall a bit boring until the end and basically leaves you hanging. Mostly in the sense that you can create whatever ending you want. I feel it was forced and the serious ended not how EE Knight would intend.

great story, bad audible, pieces missing
Revisado: 09-09-21
Not only are things missing but audible didn't choose the correct voice actor. There's also some errors in here I think from the author if you know the whole series then you'll know what I'm talking about.

Historia
Food. There's plenty of it around, and we all love to eat it. So why should anyone need to defend it? Because in the so-called Western diet, food has been replaced by nutrients, and common sense by confusion—most of what we’re consuming today is longer the product of nature but of food science. The result is what Michael Pollan calls the American Paradox: The more we worry about nutrition, the less healthy we see to become.

Some big errors, not bad, not great
Revisado: 07-18-20
missed some key points and details. Didn't seem to break apart the hard science vs the new theorical science. Some biochemistry properties and functions tell us some important basics that could have helped define why all fats aren't bad, why carbs are best in a complex fiberous form.
