I was hoping for another story/ stories after the end, whether before the end or after. This was wonderful.

I was upset that he didn't finish the first story(or either, for that matter), but it was very good. I do hope the conclusion will come out soon, and that there will be one. His story reading was a bit too dramatic for me, but not bad at the voices. I loved the the twist about Helmer's son - it almost redeemed him killing my favorite character. It reaffirmed whatI had felt all along about the two. Overall, I think it was a wonderful book and worth the credit I spent to get it.

It's a radical, provocative idea: We're not entitled to get offended or stay angry. The idea of our own "righteous anger" is a myth. It is the number-one problem in our societies today and, as Dallas Willard says, Christians have not been taught out of it.

Fantastic Book!
Revisado: 03-03-20
This book spoke so directly to me with the level of buried anger I've been carrying. I'm walking forward with healing and a deeper assurance that the buried anger I've been carrying, that incidentally has been burying me, is not required nor helpful. I can move forward in freedom and joy-- even amongst those who have hurt me so much.

Very Motivating
Revisado: 10-02-19
This is a great book for those who are seeking to unravel why they struggle with weight loss--especially those who grew up as a shamed, chubby kid. While for my personal best benefit, I needed to pray and insert a Biblical perspective during this book, that was the only real struggle I had with it.
