I liked this story very much. When the story first started, I wondered if I would like this audio book. Then as the story went on I was kept at attention even staying up later than necessary to hear what was gonna happen next. Recommended listen with great life viewpoint, stop provoking messages.

Excellent space story with a human twist

When looking into Brandon Sanderson's book's. I wasn't sure where to start. So I chose this particular series. I was not disappointed. I'm only into the 1st book of the series I hope the others are worth it and the writing and narration is just as good. Coming to the conclusion of the story it does leave the listener wanting more. I can't say that I was ever bored listening so I guess that's a good thing. Recommended listen in my opinion!!

Nice audio book for casual listening.

This may not have been the most exciting audio book. Or the most eloquent audio book. But I enjoyed it purely for the fact that it occupied my mind in a manner that I thoroughly enjoyed. Sometimes you want to listen without thinking too much this is one of those types of audiobooks. Recommended for like minds.

A most excellent journey into death

I have nothing negative to say about this audio book. Captivated from beginning to end, even lost sleep to finish it. The performance in narrating was perfect. The the performance in reading was perfect. For my preference I set the speed to .95 I think. Do not pass on this title. I would even say it's worth a purchase.

Another great novel in this series.

After going through about 14 volumes of this series I have to say that I enjoyed most all of them including this one. I know that's not saying much but I don't know how many times I can repeat an enjoyable story with an enjoyable narrator. This series has been great and I have enjoyed traveling along along miles's story.

Another enjoyable saga in this storyline

Since I started this book series there has always been a fascination for me. So I have committed to enjoy every episode thereafter. I think what I like best about this author and book series is how it makes one think. The narrator does grow on you and the complex storylines weave together into a very detailed intricate picture. I have also noticed good to fall asleep to. Not that it's boring. so I bookmark when I lose focus on some part of the story before sleeping.

Can't say this was a good listen

I am fairly open minded. And I did give this book a genuine effort all the way to the end. The performance was great while the story was questionable and seemingly at times just tacky.. Maybe it wasn't my era or I didn't appreciate the context of what they're getting across. There are better books to listen to I would pass on this one. The end was predictable which made me wonder why I wasted my time even listening to it.

Great casual listen.

When I 1st started listening to this audio book. It seemed a little slow but the story does pick up and I believe it is worth a listen if you have time while doing hobbies. Not the best story but not the worst either. Worth a look!

Must listen. Extraordinary story for all times

This particular book is very thought provoking. There really isn't very much more to say about it than that. If you want to retain a narrow minded focus and not grow as a person then do not listen. Otherwise there are many concepts and ideas that resonate throughout the spirit of humanity enclosed within this audio book.
