While some parts of the book are quite true and meaningful, much of it lacks coherence, and the author tends to repeat the same points over and over. It's probably the worst book I've encountered this year, though I wouldn't say it's entirely bad.

This book is fantastic, how ever the default speed sounds slowed and tedious, something that happens more and more often in Audible content. So to have a normal experience we are obligated to increase the speed at least to 1.2 of the default one. Then this book is perfect!
