too much Romance I'm Not Enough mystery. The story dragged In many parts and could have had a lot more mystery to it. The romance was okay

The narrator couldn't read/act well. It takes a good actor to be a good narrator, didn't happen in this book. The story was more of a romance than a mystery. Much more focus on a romance than solving a crime. I bought the series on sale, thank goodness, and will try and listen to the other 2 books...wish me luck.

the narrator sounded whiny

the narrator was whiny and the story character sounded deserving and needed constant affirmation. the main character also sounded like she needed a sexual and formation by sleeping around and there were quite a lot of vulgar words. Not for me.

Magically delicious!

I've listened to the entire series and love each and every one. At first, I thought the series would be silly, although the cats are magical, it's not like "Bewitched" or Rita Mae Brown... The cats are believably magical. You'd like to think your own cats could be such fun. I also like the way the author talks about feral colonies. They are to be SAVED and helped. Thank you for acknowledging this issue in our society.

Long story, but what a ride!

Ms. Taylor has outdone herself with this book. This series gets better and better. Really like that the author meshed the Time Police and the Historians in the same story. More fun that way. Thanks...keep the series going.

I love listening to Cozy books for the mystery and good, clean fun. These books drop the "F-bomb" quite often. Just not my style for cozy books.

Binge listening...

I listened to #1 in the series and I was hooked. Binged 27 books in 1 month and loved every one of them. Even bought the paperback recipe book featuring the first 17 Hannah Swensen books recipes. I'm hoping for another paperback book full off recipes from book 18 through 27. Keep those books coming and tasty yummies.

Loved the mystery, yet would have liked to have a few recipes, similar to the Hannah Swensen mysteries. All in all, great series and I'll continue listening.
