Historia
Fumio Sasaki is not an enlightened minimalism expert or organizing guru like Marie Kondo - he's just a regular guy who was stressed out and constantly comparing himself to others, until one day he decided to change his life by saying goodbye to everything he didn't absolutely need. The effects were remarkable: Sasaki gained true freedom, new focus, and a real sense of gratitude for everything around him.

Revisado: 09-22-24
Sheds light on the cause and effect of over stuffing and offers transformative insights. This isn't easy so he helps us stop feeling guilty about universal effects of "overstuff" on ability to have a healthy positive life abs self-concept. Claity of these minimalist insights can expand one's ability to live in each day more fully, He helps guilt transform to acceptance & willpower energy, not more soul sucking talk from clutter around us and the tension and emptiness or creates.

Exactingly Accurate & Helpful
Revisado: 07-01-24
The content was concise & immensely helpful in giving me the confidence to begin change behavior right away. She spells out what we know in our gut but can often lack the certainty of both when and how to say no.
The consequences of not setting boundaries can't be given a price tag, only an early toe tag.

Historia
On an entirely normal, beautiful fall day in Chester's Mill, Maine, the town is inexplicably and suddenly sealed off from the rest of the world by an invisible force field. Planes crash into it and fall from the sky in flaming wreckage, a gardener's hand is severed as "the dome" comes down on it, people running errands in the neighboring town are divided from their families, and cars explode on impact. No one can fathom what this barrier is, where it came from, and when - or if - it will go away.

Quit by Chapter 2
Revisado: 03-20-24
Highly repetitive and not remotely engaging. Sorry Mr.King. Very disappointing purchase. Voice cannot carry all the characters ... maybe that also contributes the hum-drum redundacy overall.
Others seem to like it though and are far less critical. Maybe it's just me ....

Courage beyond pure exhaustion. Clear and detailed enough for reader to develop insight to the point of genuine empathy. Empathy is emppwernent to engage with self and others in a variety of therapeutic and pharmaceutical approaches.
The courage to keep in keeping on stands out when pure hell is coming. Just notice how LOVE, proper sleep & med compliance MADE ALL THE DIFFERENCE.
