This book is a new series from this author consisting of ex-military personnels working at a protection agency and the men who undoubtedly will make life a bit softer and hopefully easier.
looking forward to the next installment.

I absolutely like Michael, he's a force to be reckon with, he takes no sh*t from Gary Cross his boss, who's like a snapping turtle 😁😁😆😆.
I enjoyed the main characters and the secondary characters, the whole plot line was awesome. Hopefully the next book will top this one.

The narration was very well performed, the characters' tones and demeanor on point.

overall this book is a great start to a new series.

A year is never too long.

I think I cried while reading this book.
Having to wait a whole year for that special person seems like forever. but in a blink of an eye it's Christmas Eve. The sad part comes when Christmas morning comes and it's time to say goodbye/see you next Christmas Eve.

I enjoy this story, it's a different take on the story of Santa Claus/St. Nick and how things are not what they seem.
Human imagination is very strong, we just don't want to believe/ refuse to believe that anything can happen once we put our minds to it.

As I was listening to John narrate this book, i felt like i was reading it for the first time. The feelings/emotions came across so strongly.

These three characters deserve an HEA, they belong togrther.
The way omegas are treated especially in the dragon society is so sad and unfair. They are much stronger than others give them credit for.

I really want to write more cause I love this book, but alas I feel I might add too much spoilers.

I'm looking forward to book 3 and everything will be resolve.

🎧KC Wells dangled and teased her readers with the blurb and occasionally teased the readers with snippet, and boy she didn't disappoint.

Toby Marrow is a Dom, a city boy who needed to get always from the club he co-owns, the people. He just needed a break after his sub decided to call it quits. He decided to go to a dude ranch.

Robert Thorston is the owner of a ranch, a cattle and dude ranch. After five years he's still grieving the lost of his foreman/lover/Dom, until his new foreman told him about one of the guest who came to experience ranch life.
And my oh my there were sparks, lots of sparks.

This book is a second chance, City boy meets County living, found family story that takes place on a Dude/Cattle Ranch.

From the time I read the teasers of this book, I was itching to read it and I can say I love it all. The back and forth, the interactions between the two MCs as well as the ranch hands and guests. It's like a ranch run by a whole family.... I enjoyed it all, I wanted more.

I enjoyed the little side note at the end of the book. KC really set the stage for other authors. The way she writes makes us desire for more of her characters.
I'll be waiting patiently for the next book in the series

John Solo did a wonderful job as always, he gives the characters feelings, a personality. Listening to him narrator the book makes me feel like I'm watching a movie or seeing the whole story played out in real life. Well done.

Love Unexpected

Colin Brightman is an Event Planner who, after his divorce devoted his time to mainly working. He wasn't going to put himself in a position to get hurt ever again.
His business partners and friends sent him on a vacation to relax and whatever else happens, happens. Instead of enjoying himself he remained solemn and alone watching as the other guest enjoyed the resort's activities.

Walker Scanlon, retired from Major League Baseball due to a career ending knee injury. Runs a bar near Barclays, where celebrities and people of all walks of life comes to enjoy a night or two away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.
Walker was let down by people he trusted and loved. He vowed never to put his trust and heart in anyone else. He spends his time not only at the bar but partaking in various one night stands, and the occasional trip, where he would hookup.

These two MCs are intriguing, headstrong and frustrating, at time i wanted to scream at them, but I so love their tat-a-tats.

These characters shows that life and people are unexpected. Living your life after being hurt and vowing never to let anyone in, can change in the split of a second.
Everyone deserves a second chance, Colin and Walker gets theirs.

This is Maine Men Book 6, Dean and Aaron's story.
I give this one ***** 5 stars. I love all the characters, the main ones as well as the secondary one. They kept my work day flowing..

This entire series has kept me captivated. I love all the characters and patiently wait for Book 7. it should be an epic read.

Dean and Aaron became fast friends. They were comfortable with each other from the get go, always found things to do and places to go together. Their chemistry was instant.
I was a bit thrown by Aaron's acceptance to frolicking with Dean, by I can understand. The mind, body, soul, heart knows what it wants. in this world, life is w by at you make it. I believe that we all are not 100% straight.

As I listen to the narrated read this book, I couldn't help but to think thus book was meant for him..... it fitted him to a T.....

KC keep the good work, looking forward to see what's in store for the other two secondary characters who really need their story told.

This book was great, the characters, the plot, even the ending.
Both narrators did an excelling job with the characters and I must say I'm looking forward to reading more from this author.

Night Prince, what a fitting title. Although at time I find myself calling it Vampire Prince or Vampire Night. I've no clue why I keep doing that.

I hesitated for a while to read this book, I guessed deep down inside I knew that I would want more, so said so done. I need more of Felice Steven's paranormal/urban fantasy world.

Felice has out done herself yet again. She decided to go in a different direction and wrote a vampire book, as sure as the stars in the sky twinkles she knock it out of the stratosphere.

These two characters adapted so well to change and thrive. Just as real life where change is inevitable, either you adapt or the world just pass you by.

At the beginning I found Damion to be a little whiner, but I do love his character.
Massimo, what should I say about him....uuummm I love his persona. He lived a solemn life, keeping others at arms length , whilst feeding on the blood of humans who at night set out to harm others. For centuries he lived like that until he met Damion.

I recommend you read this book, you won't be disappointed.
I'm looking forward to see if Felice will surprise us again, cause this one was a surprise.....and I want more.
