The Dash Diet for Beginners was perfect for anyone just starting out. The book was detailed enough to give ample support for changing dietary lifestyle while maintaining simplicity. As someone who is new to dieting, I was afraid of being overwhelmed, but this audio book did not disappoint. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a quick, informative guide to dieting!

After having read the Dash Diet for Beginners, I was convinced that this was worth the listen as well. It was very informative and revealed many things in relation to health and eating habits that I had not considered before. For anyone looking to switch up their diet with Mediterranean food, this book gives you the perfect tips and tricks to start off on the right foot with a number of great examples!

I had never really looked into affirmations before listening to this audiobook. It was truly eye opening and allowed me to view myself from a positive perspective, regardless of circumstance. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a quick read on positive affirmations, you won’t regret it!

I really enjoyed Brown’s take on minimalism and the way in which it affects every aspect of our lives. He offered great tips and ways to get started, allowing you to choose what level of minimalism you are ready for. This catered approach was much more inviting than typical “how-to’s” that push the entirety of a practice on you at once. I would definite recommend for anyone looking to start living a minimalist life!

The Daily Affirmations broke down each layer of achieving goals through positive mindset. I especially enjoyed the end of the book in which an entire chapter was dedicated to reading through positive affirmations. This section was perhaps the most memorable portion, as I will utilize it most often. My greatest takeaway was the number of affirmations that I can apply to my own life no matter the circumstances! Definitely recommend if you’re looking for a quick read on affirmations.
