Wonderful story. Archer was just brudy enough. Winnie was just innocent and sweet enough. Enjoyed how the love story developed. Just two lose ends bugged me. What happened to Blake, did he live New York or just hide. Also how Archer and Winnie first kissed so many years back. Why no details about that first meeting. We should also get a book about Winnie's brother Tyson. He seemed interesting.

Disappointing

This book was good in the beginning, but 3/4 in it all fell apart. How the hell can Lucy believe that her new Husband would cheat so easily. She was supposed to be so madely into Love. She was supposed to be some tough Mafia daughter, but really she is a naive little girl. No way in hell I would believe some pics over my own Husband and the man who is so devoted to me, especially considering the pics that hade just been sent the damn day before. That ruined this whole story for. Only saving grace is Jax and his loyalty and love for his family. Even Alexandro pissed me off. Alexandro and Alana came across as some old married couple that raised Lucy from a child. They met her at 17 but her calling them mommy and pappa was so weird. She hopped into that family so quickly it mad my head spin. Plus she was already pregnant when they all met, but Alexandro is mad that she was having sexual fun with her own Husband Jax. Such clownery comments coming from Alexandro, the leader of the Mafia family, that even he fell flat as the head of the family. The way they treated Lucy like she was there long lost child was so weird considering they just met her 4 years ago but have known Jax over 20 years. Jax should have been wary of this whole family. They showed that Jax was never really considered family and never would be.

Enjoyable. Alex and Alana started out like enemies but truly turned into lover. Loved the Lucy addition to the story. Even if some parts were predictable like Uncle Carlos being a demented vilian.

The building of this love story was perfect. The honest communication was realistic and wanted. Enjoyed that Alejandro was so up front about his life. The bond the characters formed made the sex scenes more intense. The sex scenes were panty melting. The violence wasn't so over the top that it made it gruesome.

Enjoyed this story. Could have had more back story of Cole's family. Need to know why Roman, Cole and Tate fell out as brothers. After the breakup Cole and Dalila didn't have any introspection about themselves and no descriptive sex scenes after they got back together ☹️..

Now this is some straight BULLSHIT. I thought book one was bad but this one was ten times worse. Samantha just gave up on Gab so easy. How could she blame him for sleeping with someone when they weren't even together. Samantha is ridiculous for this bullshit. How could she even believe that Gabriel's ex was even pregnant when he wore a condom. How can people be in a relationship without believing them. Way to much back and forth and another kidnapping. This was a boring story. Just sex, fight, sex, arguing, sex, miscommunication and more sex. Nothing straight forward and clear in the love story.

Disappointing

This was a disappointment compared to the Chicago series. All they did was have sex and complain to each other than have sex more. No depth to there relationship, no romance or serious conversations. Samantha was so whiny for a 32 yr old. She was so wishy-washy. Gabrial was also very foolish for a 40 yr old business owner. He only wanted sex and violence. He only also ran away from anything serious. This story was just so vague and no depth.

The sex scenes were fire. The push and pull from Lorenzo was painful but necessary after losing his first wife. Ok backs to the sex scenes, needed more of how Lorenzo got into the BDSM scene and how he became a Dom. Also the resolution with Jake was too easy and resolved to quick and clean.

Max and Joey blew it away. The nasty sex and dirty talk was perfect. The building of the love story was masterful. The secondary characters were just the right amont of sprinkles on top. Bravo. Hope Lorenzo's story keeps up the sexy, filthy, nasty, fantasy Fabulousness.

Usual Mafia Romance

The love story between Dante and Kat was beautiful to listen to. Atleast she had some fight in her even though she fell for her captor almost right away.

⚠️Trigger Warning ⚠️. Why wasn't the brutal SA put as a Trigger warning on this book. The revenge Dante took on the rap**t was very original for once. Never seen that in a book before.
