I was a bit disappointed when we started out with Erin and Wyatt in the beginning but switched over to Vickie and Slade.
I was irritated, because I got this book based on the description, which says this was about Erin and Wyatt. It does mention them but it’s not about them. It’s actually about Vickie and Slade.

I’ve always loved this book and still do. However, the narration on this was terrible. The narrator talks with such stilted hesitation and it really ruined the story. I really wish they would re-do the audiobook with a more fluent narration.

Good storyline bad narration

The narrator didn’t do a very good job with the character voices. The nasal twang he gave a few of the characters were like nails on a chalkboard! The story was good however and the bits of comedy situations had me laughing. I’d love to listen again if someone else were to narrate.

I liked the storyline but the Narration was bad and kind of ruined the characters for me. The hero’s “tone of voice” made him come off as hateful and grumpy when the wasn’t really written to be that way! Good book but bad performance.

Starts out bad, But has a good ending

This was my least favorite of the series so far, mostly due to the childish romance portion at the beginning. It took me out of the story and made it hard to really continue. I’m really glad I read the first two and really liked how the story was going and I want to know how it concludes otherwise I would’ve stopped. The ending is really good it’s definitely worth finishing. The narrator is amazing though!
