this book requires multiple listens as it has so much going on as it is quite complex. is it good yes does it have parts that make it hard to sit through yes however the story is well crafted and enjoyable.

The Pain

I genuinely hate when an author decoders or lowers the levels of the main character and yet. the author made a compelling story that showed the main character go through their journey once more and compelling. There were parts of the story that you almost want to give up, keeping the story going and building up to the crescendo. Stay with the story and you will be rewarded.

if and this is asking a lot of a listener, if you can make it through the introductory chapters and into the story proper you will not be disappointed. Much of the introduction is like any other Litrpg, however the main character is shown to be reduced in many ways. Once past the melancholy and whiny components of the introduction the story begins to firm up and you find yourself truly wanting the main character to succeed. while there is a flavor of Logan's Run, they are brief and passed on as you followed the MC on their adventure.

A riveting story and an amazing introduction to a larger world. Kadrey's story brings an ahole of a character to life that is far more grounded as an anti hero every man than most other writers. With this being the introductory story it just keeps getting better as Stark's story grows.

about 30% through this book I thought the story ended and then the side stories came into play. I enjoyed the story from beginning to end and was a joy to join the community of Solo Leveling
