This book kept my attention and cracked me up at times when I didn't agree with his opinion. I think thr time line for metal was well written and executed.

Shocking

The book was great for someone that loves rock and roll and new to recovery. Most of the book was like what is going to happen next. Near the end I felt like I was getting sober again. the oh life is going to be boring feeling.
