Loved the story but wish it had an NC-17 rating

I listened to all three books because I was invested in the story but I wish I had known how lewd they were. I am certainly not a prude and I enjoy any romance story but I found the love scenes overly gratuitous and sometimes even crude.

Loved the Story but

I loved this book just as much as Dumplin. My only hesitation was Millies narration. It seemed almost a superhero vibe in the cadence of the voice but even more it seems as though the characters of Millie and Cali could have switched narration.

LOVE LOVE LOVE The Story - Narrator....ehhhh

Jen Lancaster does it again! I loved this story! Rooted for several characters and I wanted to know more before it ended. The only short fall was the narrator. At several points she sounded drunk or suffering from a head cold. It detracted slightly from the story.

Not Her best Work

I love RObyn Carr and have been listening to lots of her novels. This one was not my favorite. The story was underdeveloped, lacked details and the characters were not as matured as her other novels. I did not realize until the end that it was one of her older novels. I would say her writing has matured over time and her more recent novels have ben fantastic.

I believe that the book finding Audrey is very good for one I enjoyed it because I for one hand some form of depression and this books looks in on that and explains it well I would suggest it to anyone really goodbye

Not like the others.....

I have loved all the Kinsella books but the cliffhanger at the end left me cold. I wish I had read that fact before listening as I am not big on a cliffhanger is the next book is not readily available. I was also disappointed at how Becky came off in this book versus the others. She was highly selfish in this one as opposed to naive as the others. Not my favorite Kinsella.

If you like other Nora Roberts, don't get it!

This book was not like Nora's other trilogy books. It started off dark and got darker. The narrator's brogue did not help with what I have come to expect of her other books.

Fabulous Story - TERRIBLE Title!

I could not put it down! I loved the story and could not wait to see how it unfolded but it needs a better title! The china connection was great but it could have easily tied into the Title!!

Recording detracts from book!

The space between chapters and sections was so long I thought the book turned off everytime! It is distracting.

The narrator is tough to believe and you often hear mouth sounds.

I liked the story but not the recording. Poor performance!
