Historia
Marching through mud just isn't as much fun as they say. After years of surviving in Adrilankha by practicing the trade I know best - killing people for a living - suddenly I'm in the last place any self-respecting assassin wants to be: the army. Worse, I'm right in the middle of a apocalyptic battle between two sorcerous armies, and everyone expects me to play a role they won't explain. All I've got between me and the worst kind of death is my wits. Oh, and a smart-mouthed winged lizard.

Really Need Story Break Announcements
Revisado: 05-02-25
This is a general issue with audio books, but particularly irritating in a story like this where the author goes back and forth in time. When I read this story there was also a mark or icon to indicate the screen was changing to another place or time. With the audio book they just read straight through without any acknowledgement of the visual clue, which leads to several moments of confusion till figure out the story is at a different point in time. Audible you really need to come up with a tone to denote that mark/break that you can see visually.
