Woooow! This is a must read for any blink fan. I remember the first time I saw blink in concert, and then to hear it from Mark's perspective was wild. Mark Hoppus most definitely has lead an interesting life. I cried. I laughed. The nostalgia hit hard. This makes me want to go back and listen to all of blink's discography. Knowing the stories behind each album is going to make the lyrics hit so much differently. I feel like I have the chance to fall in love with blink all over again. "You can leave now and beat the traffic, or you can stay and beat your meat" Mark, I'm glad you decided blink should stay. 💜

I really enjoyed this book. The narrator reminded me of a young Betty White. I love the way Debra Castaneda creates characters with their own story lines, and eventually brings her characters together. Fungi already freaks me out a little bit, so this was a good creepy read for me. Even though it made me skin crawl (in a good way), The Spore Queen is a beautifully written story.

My Nightmare Has Come True

I freaking loved this story! it was well written and kept me wanting more. As someone who had nightmares about puppets as a child this was nightmare fuel. This is the second novel I've read by this author, I can't wait to read more!
