At age forty Ali landed her dream job as a talk show host, but after only a few weeks on the job, she began feeling out of sorts. Exhaustion, brainfog, hairthinning, slow digestion, and sleep issues took over, and instead of excusing the chronic discomfort as "aging," she decided to take back her life.
