Needs pdf for doing the work

Some reviews say they didn’t like the stories about the infidelity because it was painful. Truth is, the only way out is through and feeling those emotions that arise when you think about what happened. I liked the examples and it helped me understand and relate. There were a lot of hard truths but I think it’s necessary for true change to happen and to heal. This book encourages you to go deep within to find out the root cause of your behavior and talks on behalf of the guilty party and the hurt party. I loved this as you can try to understand how the other partner is feeling and what they are going through.

I gave it 4 instead of 5 because it would be so very helpful if there was a pdf that can be printed to do the work along with listening to the book. It would also be helpful if the chapters were named rather than just the chapter number.
