Historia
At the height of his career at the age of 50, Arthur Brooks embarked on a seven-year journey to discover how to transform his future from one of disappointment over waning abilities into an opportunity for progress. Historia
One of the great pleasures of yoga is the relaxation session or shavasana traditionally offered at the end of a class. It invokes the flow of energetic nectar down the spine to permeate the entire body with blissful energy. Here, Shiva Rea guides you through a Lunar Shavasana session to rest the sense organs and induce deep and restful sleep.

Historia
When three-month-old Lia Lee arrived at the county hospital emergency room in Merced, California, a chain of events was set in motion from which neither she nor her parents nor her doctors would ever recover. Lia's parents, Foua and Nao Kao, were part of a large Hmong community in Merced, refugees from the CIA-run "Quiet War" in Laos.

Amazing starry that will shift perceptions
Revisado: 03-11-18
Prepare to have your perceptions changed for the rest of your life. This compelling story, lovingly told, demonstrates how difficult it is for any of us to see beyond our own culture, and how vital our cultural lens is our perception of the actions, recommendations and intentions of those around us.
Might have reduced one star due to the already-mentioned narrator's rampant mispronunciation. But the narrator's ability to pronounce and inflect the Southeast Asian words made me believe that perhaps that was her strength, and I needed that for my understanding far more than I needed to hear her correctly pronounce all the words I already know how to pronounce. I ended up feeling that the narrator's mispronunciation was actually an opportunity for me to exercise the lessons the book was teaching me.

Historia
The occasion was a big birthday. And it inspired two close friends to get together in Dharamsala for a talk about something very important to them. The friends were His Holiness the Dalai Lama and Archbishop Desmond Tutu. The subject was joy. Both winners of the Nobel Prize, both great spiritual masters and moral leaders of our time, they are also known for being among the most infectiously happy people on the planet.
