I’ve watched this dude on TV and on couple of podcasts and liked his simple and practical approach to real estate investing, and it convinced me to get myself the book. After reading the physical book and inserting in it many bookmarks and notes, I thought I’d need an audio version to keep on listening especially during this dead time of commuting back and forth to my work. Love this dude! I would have more appreciated if he would have personally narrated this book. It would have been more personal and he could have better conveyed the tonality of the book.

This book is rousing and instructive. It presents data that is incredibly significant to the present work environment. Extraordinary book about how to be all the more sincerely insightful and how genuine progress is more predicated on being sincerely savvy than simply being shrewd.
