I’ll be the first to admit that I haven’t come anywhere close to implementing all of the amazing suggestions in this book. I simply have instituted a morning ritual that includes stretching, reading/listening to books or podcasts, and just sitting and sipping my coffee or tea. This alone has done wonders for me - I am relaxed, clear-headed, and ready to start my day. And if things get a little crazy on any given day, I’ve already done something just for me that makes me feel healthy and accomplished. Thank you Oksana for so many useful stories, suggestions, examples and ideas. I’m excited to see even more life improvements as I incorporate more and more of Oksana’s teachings into my daily routine.
