I don’t even know where to start. This charlatan tries to glorify ADHD by spinning some nonsense about ADHD folks having a faster brain (we don’t). Then he claims that the colonists of US had to have had ADHD, because he has clearly never read a history book (possibly because of his ADHD). It’s sad because people are looking for help with managing ADHD. You won’t find anything useful here.

Worth doing - but can be repetitive

Completed the whole set over a few months and definitely saw significant speed improvements. I think I’ve shaved around 3-5 minutes off my starting time with the training. There music is not amazing and, as much as I love Rochelle, the program starts to feel quite repetitive: each run feels like it’s been cut from samples other runs, so each run feels derivative and robotic.

Should be mandatory reading for everyone - specially people who voted for Trump.
