Historia
Paige Barrett was living her dream as a journalist in New York City, racking up bylines as a staff writer at The Razor, a cutting-edge online magazine. But when she’s suddenly fired from her job and dumped by her boyfriend, she finds herself back home in the quaint seaside town of Shoreham, Florida, waiting tables and living in her sister’s guesthouse. Restless and itching for something meaningful to occupy her time, she decides to launch a true-crime podcast about the death of Jessica Cady, a beloved teacher who died mysteriously 20 years earlier.

Great short story with great narration!
Revisado: 06-01-22
I'm not normally a fan of novellas, but I really enjoyed this one. I'd love to spend more time in this world with these characters. The author did a good job of fleshing out the characters just enough that we would care about them (or be fiercely angry at them), but not so much to overwhelm the short story.
Dakota Fanning and the other narrators were really good, and I'll definitely look forward to hearing work from each of them again.

Historia
How a teenage inventor, a pig's head, a lump of plywood and a famous British record label made medical history. Bill tells the stories behind the invention of the Reynold's Portable X-Ray Kit and the world's first CT brain scanner, with the help of Katie Dabin, who is the Curator of Medicine at the Science Museum. Their stories reveal how scientific inventions sometimes happen by accident or come from people without a classic scientific background.

Historia
It’s only in the last decade that palaeontologists have finally agreed on the events that led to the demise of (most of) the dinosaurs - a huge asteroid strike in what we now know as the Yucatan Peninsular in Mexico. Ben presents the evidence built up over the last 40 years. He also learns why birds might have been spared and what the fall of the dinosaurs meant for today’s most dominant group - the mammals.

Dinosaurs are always a fascinating topic, but they were made even better by the superb quality of this production. The host and guests were all spectacular. The only downside is that I need more episodes now!
