I Read This Book 30 Years Too Late

I can pass down this legacy building book to kids and grandkids. Easy audible book. Questions kept me engaged. I will start now and at least retire comfortably. My new mindset: wealth is not have much you earn, but how much you have left.

This book flows and validates the anecdotal bio of Battle Hymn of the Tiger Mother. I still listen it to over and over as comic relief to raising teens. . I like Rubenfeld's easy style of storytelling even with empirical data. I loved his book Interpretation of Murder.

A good day in the life

I was anticipating another installment of the eragon series. However this was different and once I understood this was A-day in the life of the characters, I became more and more engrossed in the rich materials. It is a little different to see Paolini with a shorter text. You're sort of trained to be hunkered down on a rainy day with your hot Cocoa expecting to spend hours and hours of reading. However this is a good series of short stories. And the imagery is still the classic Paolinii style. I thoroughly enjoyed this quick read over the Christmas break. I will read again. Narrator is exceptional!

I'm on my 2nd read of the book. The story telling is spot on . The author does a full immersion back in time With descriptions that allowed the reader to feel see smell and taste the story. Loved it! I can't wait to see Dickens again With His natural curiosity and Journalistic integrity.
