This is the best podcast In its space!

Sean has a brilliant mind and he does an amazing job of navigating conversations with those whom he didn doesn’t agree with.

Great for fans of Skeptics Guide or Sam Harris’ Making Sense (but w/out Sam’s particular set of biases). More science and philosophy, less pushing a set agenda.

This book helped me. This book is a fantastic guide to how and why our conceptions of our subjective experiences are riddled with inconsistencies. This book can help equip you to realize your mental shortcomings and help you think more clearly. The examples are highly relevant and perhaps even inflammatory enough to inspire you to go and research for yourself. Dr Novella does a wonderful job reading this book.

I can’t recommend this highly enough. Between the Kindle and Audible versions I’ve now read/listened to this book 4x since Dec 2018 ( as of April 2019 ).

This book changed my life and helped me let go of some seriously harmful baggage. Allowing yourself to think for yourself and only follow what actually MAKES SENSE to you... is incredibly liberating. Highly recommend.

This is an amazing introduction to Integral theory. This is the most comprehensive approach to understanding reality ( the Kosmos, not just cosmos ) that I've ever been exposed to.

I've studied Christianity which led me to Eastern Orthodoxy and their spiritual and mystical approached and practices, Buddhism, Taoism and Hinduism along with a bit of Shintoism.
This approach recognizes the validity of each of these without falling into the trap of just picking and choosing the parts that you like about each.

This will quite literally change the way in which you are aware.
