I have listened to many meditation recordings and tried many meditation techniques. I found this to be one of the best. The sounds and guidance were well placed and brought the balance of peace and vibrancy with which I like to start my day.

This meditation is wonderful for no only promoting sleep. but also easing anxiety. From voice to visions and emotions called upon it promotes a lightness and calmness of being.
