I strongly recommend this book for anyone who is beginning on the journey of entrepreneurship. It has helped me understand the concept n priciples of entrepreneurship. However I can't say if this book would satisfy the tastes of those in business since 5 or 10 years.

This book has helped me understand the importance of code of honour.. So far I had loooked at team building skills from the point of view of personality traits, leadership or motivational skills...However had never thought so deeply about the "code of honour". Though the book does not repeat what has been said in other Rich Dad books I feel that nearly the entire conversation revolves around "code of honour" and nothing more. I'm sure there are many different aspects of team building skills which have not been touched.
However for those who need to build teams in future the message from this books explains the importance of the code of honour. So I do recommend the book positivey while it may not be sufficient.
