Though she’s now been granted the powers and lifespan of the High Fae, she is haunted by her time Under the Mountain and the terrible deeds she performed to save the lives of Tamlin and his people. As her marriage to Tamlin approaches, Feyre’s hollowness and nightmares consume her. She finds herself split into two different people: one who upholds her bargain with Rhysand, High Lord of the feared Night Court, and one who lives out her life in the Spring Court with Tamlin.

Loved It unexpectedly
Revisado: 10-26-24
I’m not big on romance novels at all but I love fantasy! This isn’t your typical night in shining armor damsel in distress story. Quite the contrary . A slow burn about halfway through… but when the story picks up I couldn’t stop listening. Can’t wait for the second book! Excellent listen

Couldn’t wait for it to be OVER…
Revisado: 06-27-24
Please don’t get me wrong. This was a well written book ,the audio performance was also done well. However, the overall story of this book is long boring incredibly depressing and very sad. I was waiting for something really exciting to happen and I just feel like I was left empty-handed the last two hours of the book. I just rushed through because I just wanted it to be over with the ending was very underwhelming as well. You were left guessing at times if you’re ever going to really figure out how this all came to be in the first place, you really don’t get an answer for it. there were times when I had to go back, listening to chapters because I was falling asleep listening to it . There’s no plot. It’s long and booring. I hear the Hulu series is great thou

Historia
There was once a velveteen rabbit, and in the beginning he was really splendid. He was fat and bunchy, as a rabbit should be; his coat was spotted brown and white, he had real thread whiskers, and his ears were lined with pink sateen. On Christmas morning, when he sat wedged in the top of the Boy's stocking, with a sprig of holly between his paws, the effect was charming.

A classic favorite as a child brought back to life! I too had a velveteen rabbit as a child that one day mysteriously went missing. What a wonderful nostalgia memory

Karmas a BITCH isn’t it Justin? Well spoken, well written and brings much clarity to Brittany’s truth. Growing up I always knew something was off and she was in her right to think and be who she was. I’m just so happy she’s free now to live her life in peace. God Bless you Brittany ❤️

A desperate attempt at personal fame and self glorification.
Revisado: 12-29-23
Honestly lost all respect for the author after this listen. A desperate cash grab at the self glorification of justification on killing her first born. And having the audacity to use it to gain fame and money after such a grieving act. It’s no wonder she got canceled for BS down the road. Her karma definitely caught up to her.
