I always think Mandy's books just can't get any better. I love the fun banter and back and forth in this. How the flirting was not just flirting. Once again we get Gus and Bill and Gus actually talks! That maker in this one is one bad dude and the bathroom scene actually scared me! More Crimson Ops!

I have always liked Rurik as a character but now I adore him. There is nothing better than how tongue tied he is when he meets Liberty. I love the flash back at the beginning of the book when he is so sweet with her as a child.
She's so bewildered by how she is instantly into him. And of course he just wants to protect her. She cracks me up with her inner voice.
Once again we get Bill and Gus which means I spend a lot of time laughing.
Nothing but pure love for this book. Oh and the bad guy really gets it in the end in this one.

Short Delightful Read

This narrator is great at accents! I really like the druid shifter books, they seem a bit maybe grittier is the right word. They are on the shorter side, but don't lack story development for it. Duncan is the wolf shifter alpha hero and Catrina his not quite human mate. She has every intention of fighting her own battles and Ilove that kind of heroine. Duncan just gets stupid over her and it's sexy and cute. More druids please!

if you have not read these books I do not know what you are waiting for! The cutest part in the book is when Cody and Gena meet when she is an adult outside the bar! I love how they are just goofy and gaga over each other. How he instantly wants to protect her and also do very naughty things with her. They have both been nomadic in life and somewhat cut off from most things pop culture. I think it makes them perfect for each other! Once again we get more of the iconic and hilarious duo of Bill and Gus! That hairy little fat man just ads a whole new level of funny. Why are you still reading my review? Go, go, listen to this book! You won't be sorry!

I had read this book and then I got the chance to listen to it. Mandy has such great characters that it is always a treat. I love Wheeler and Sammy. She's no shrinking violet and of course he's an alpha soldier. There is lots of action in this from beginning to end and it keeps moving. I still think Bill and Gus are just hilarious.

So funny I'm glad I Work from home

The love story in this between Marcy and Bram is just a small part of what makes this book so great. Mrs. Roth has once again crafted amazing characters with awesome dialog. I laughed so hard I snorted which is why I am glad I work from home! It was good to get more background on both Marcy and Dana. Marcy is such a delight to me because she is so very much her own unique person. Bram is just amazing because he wants to love her and protect her just as she is. Can't wait for more in the series!

Even better in Audio!

I read this book first right after it came out, but then I also wanted to hear it. I am so glad I did. Poppy, Dana and Marci came alive even more. it was even funnier with the author giving them each their voice and she does awesome accents. The attraction between Jeffrey and Dana is still great. I think Marci is my favorite character overall. I love the way these books focus mostly on the friendship between the women. More fantastic work!

Pure Love!

I just love this. Nalini's books get better all the time! I adore the Guild Hunter series. Rafael and Elena's story gets deeper and more rich with each new addition. This had some major turns I was not expecting and made it a 5 star listen for me. I was so late getting to it that I can already move along to Archangel's Viper.

Would you consider the audio edition of An Immortal Valentine's Day to be better than the print version?

I actually prefer print versions of this series, the narrator for me didn't change his voice enough considering a large part of this novella was all male characters in many of the scenes.

What did you like best about this story?

I love paranormal fiction and this has many elements I like, werewolves, demons, fallen angels, vampires, sorcerers, secret cities, this one has it all.

What about Edo De Angelis’s performance did you like?

He did put feeling into the characters and made the secret city under the human city come to life.

Did you have an extreme reaction to this book? Did it make you laugh or cry?

This did make me laugh, wry observations and playboys turned daddies do that.
