A theory of everything... I really like watching Sadhguru's videos, even the long ones. In contrast, this audiobook is Very complicated, vague, and boring compared to his Youtube videos. If you want a book that you can truly understand, put into practice, and which truly changes your life then go for Eckhart Tolle's audiobooks.

Summary of the book: Go to therapy and don't stop believing. If you want stories of how men don't commit and don't know how to love women then go for it, but this book barely talks about karmic relationships or predestinated love. It's more like a continuous cheerleading for romantico love.
