This guided self-hypnosis meditation has helped me in many ways, including learning to rest deeper and deeper, falling asleep at bedtime, and letting go physically, emotionally, and spiritually. That’s why I have been doing it every day for ~15 years.

I am so glad I listened to this book. I highly recommend it. Inspiring, encouraging, hopeful, engaging, interesting. And it was wonderful hearing Michelle’s voice, both literally and figuratively.

I loved this book and even bought the Kindle version of it to go back to parts that I especially liked. I found it to be an excellent combination of insights into the current cultural changing of gender roles, depression, deep psychological personal growth, and deep lasting positive change in family relationships.
