I love when an author is their own narrator, there is so much more personality! This was a sassy retelling of a classic Greek Myth that really changes your perspective about heroes and monsters. I loved everything about this audio book and I am going to download more from NH right now.

Interesting glimpse into a killer's life

The book was well written and well read. I audibly gasped when Bella met Peter and he introduced himself. I didn't realize the book was about the infamous black widow until that point, I just thought it was another tale of old timey murder. I thought it was really interesting to get into her mind in this way and consider why she did the things she did. I hope to find more stories like this!

I am so happy to have been recommended this podcast by Audible. There is no kitschy banter or random creator personalities to get used to, much like Lore. You get the story that was promised in the title and I love it. I could listen to this all day.
