It’s a good story got a little bit of a cliffhanger at the end could’ve been a little more scarier love the details of the gruesome Gross gory happenings. It’s an enjoyable story to work to Brom need some more new stories.

Historia
Magnolia Brown is nineteen years old, broke, and effectively an orphan. She feels stuck and haunted: by her overdrawn bank account, her predatory landlord, and the ghost of her late grandmother Mama Brown. One night, while working at her dead-end gas station job, a mysterious, slick stranger named Cotton walks in and offers to turn Magnolia’s luck around with a lucrative “modeling” job at his family’s funeral home. She accepts. But despite things looking up, Magnolia’s problems fatten along with her wallet.

Ok this is worth a listen

I enjoyed this story… it’s weird, and set in the 90s Lolo love that cuz who uses Skype anymore. It love the ghost factor. Ugh there are triggers for the less mature. If you can’t handle: sex outside with randos, black women: weird fetishes: abortion and death…this not for you, However if you enjoy a good read, great narration, and a twisted story.. give it a listen

The Manipulator. I can manipulate the emotions of anyone who lets me. I will make you hurt, make you cry, make you laugh and sigh. But my words don't affect him. Especially not when I plead for him to leave. He's always there, watching and waiting. And I can never look away. Not when I want him to come closer. The Shadow. I didn't mean to fall in love. But now that I have, I can't stay away. I'm mesmerized by her smile, by her eyes, and the way she moves. I'll keep watching and waiting. Until I can make her mine. And once she is, I'll never let her go.

The overall story was interesting. I thought I purchased a horror story… or at least a good ghost story., this was not it. There’s some very sexual chapters and then there’s some very light people trafficking chapters… not sure why it’s a trigger, anyway. I had to stop listening several times due to the predictable coming chapter… that was frustrating…
So if you are triggered by rape bondage and men being assholes with a sniff of supernatural and helpless little women that can’t seem to figure out “how he got in here?!!” Then this is the stuff for you!
Enjoy
