Caused a Paradigm Shift in Our Approach Parenting

My wife is extremely skeptical of any outside parenting advice. Overall we feel good about the job we are (or were) doing for your 11 year old daughter. However, she's just not taking ownership of her school work. So we prepared a plan that would ratchet up the front oversight on school work and pull in her social leash. Not what I was looking for.

I was looking for a book to help negotiate my current salary, not tips to negotiating salary for a new job. I felt this could have been stated more clearly in the description. Nevertheless, the book does have some interesting tips for those looking to switch companies.
