Phenomenal book that can be applied anywhere

This was, in my opinion, a great book! I think it was very clearly articulated and laid out. I felt somewhat of a connection with the author through my service and will forever be grateful for his service and sacrifice. I think there is much to be learned from a Seal in every facet of life.
I bought this book after hearing the statement “If you chase two rabbits, you’ll never catch one,” I needed to focus on one thing first. I heard this Russian Proverb again in the book and new it was the right book to help me hone my focus! I’ve already begun my journey, Thank you for the inspiration! Bravo Zulu

It was a very good book to listen too. I wish there was a way to download some of the exercises. Being this was my very first book from Audible, I'm not quite sure how to navigate if there are downloads. I'm a heavy equipment mechanic looking into starting my own business. This book brought up a lot of good pointers and ways I can better prepare myself for this endeavor. If you can't figure out how to read between the lines and apply the information, perhaps you should look into another read.
