Love this book! as a newbie in the industry Martin guides me thru new innovated ways of improving my business. Giving all his details, ALL the steps!!! Wow this book is complete different frm the the rest! I read the paperbook in December And listen to the audible this month.
I have implemented Martins recommendations. restructuring our model towards peak performance and increase sales has been a great success. Our company culture is now stonger, and more develop. I have seen a major improvement in my employees desire for personal and professional growth within our company using continual trainnings and positive reenforcement as explained by Martin.
