Historia
Zachary Quinto - best known for his role as the Nimoy-approved Spock in the recent Star Trek reboot and the menacing, power-stealing serial killer, Sylar, in Heroes - brings his well-earned sci-fi credentials and simmering intensity to this audio-exclusive novella from master storyteller John Scalzi. One day, not long from now, it becomes almost impossible to murder anyone - 999 times out of a thousand, anyone who is intentionally killed comes back. How? We don't know.

He is unfit for duty - until he meets his new partner. Maggie is not doing so well, either. The German shepherd survived three tours in Iraq and Afghanistan sniffing explosives before she lost her handler to an IED and sniper attack, and her PTSD is as bad as Scott’s. Sue Grafton's X: Perhaps her darkest and most chilling novel, it features a remorseless serial killer who leaves no trace of his crimes. Once again breaking the rules and establishing new paths, Grafton wastes little time identifying this sociopath. The test is whether Kinsey can prove her case against him before she becomes his next victim.

Would you consider the audio edition of Down the Rabbit Hole to be better than the print version?
I prefer audio books so yes for me.
What was your reaction to the ending? (No spoilers please!)
No surprises as it is already out there...
Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?
No, I did enjoy listening to Holly, she was very professional with her narration
Any additional comments?
I was disappointed generally in how Holly portrayed herself - it seems that women's liberation missed that part of America completely. However I did enjoyed the book as a light read, it gave you a first hand look into the the life of the Hugh and his girlfriends but honestly we all know that the girls that are with Hugh Hefner are with him because of what he can do for their careers and for the money, and good on her getting something out of it.

Can't Wait For The Next One
Revisado: 05-08-16
What made the experience of listening to Wolf the most enjoyable?
As with all of her books in this series, I love Jack Caffery, and how he views the world. There is plenty of detail about what the characters are thinking, she also sets the scene well, its the little things she writes describing a scene and situation, and I think wow, I can really see that. I like the detail.
What was one of the most memorable moments of Wolf?
The twists and turns, nothing is ever what it seems. You are travelling down one path, you see the ending clearly then there is that twist that just sets it apart from a lot of other books. A great thriller, you wont be disappointed.
What does Jot Davies bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you just read the book?
I am always amazed when one person can bring so many characters to life and you believe you are listening to the actual characters talking.
If you were to make a film of this book, what would the tag line be?
Wolf - I think this is the best title.

Another Great Listen
Revisado: 01-22-16
Would you listen to Bred to Kill again? Why?
Yes, it is a great story, well written, kept my interest from start to finish. I loved the characters with all their flaws, I could really identify with them. This is the second book I have listened to by Franck Thilliez. I thoroughly enjoyed the first as well.
Did the plot keep you on the edge of your seat? How?
Lots of intertwining plots, leads you down one path, and all comes to a final conclusion.
What about Gildart Jackson’s performance did you like?
I really enjoyed listening to Gildart, he narrated the story extremely well, with lots of different voices for characters.
Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?
I could have done if I had have had the time to do so.
Any additional comments?
Can't wait for the next book to be translated. If you enjoy a great, edge of your seat, story with characters with depth, I highly recommend it.
