Historia
Disability is not just the story of someone we love or the story of whom we may become; rather it is undoubtedly the story of our nation. Covering the entirety of US history from pre-1492 to the present, A Disability History of the United States is the first audiobook to place the experiences of people with disabilities at the center of the American narrative. A must read for any intersectional activist.

Disturbing undertones
Revisado: 01-04-18
I had to stop listening in Chapter 2 when he started lecturing about how suicide is selfish. I was already irritated when he made the flippant "everything happens for a reason" remark. I can't rate the story, but those two comments were dealbreakers for me. I rated the performance as a 3 because I appreciated that it wasn't monotone, but the delivery felt very fake.
