Where to begin... I’ve been paying attention to Dan Sullivan for 6 or 7 years at this point, there is nobody as clear on being a hero to entrepreneurs than him. His concepts around Unique Ability and Unique Ability Teamwork to build a Self-Managing Company helped shift my mindset away from competition and into collaboration.
