A Great Way to Reflect
Revisado: 04-02-17
I didn't know what to expect from this story. I bought this audio out of impulse and my love for the name Alice.
Out of the very few audiobooks I experienced, this one grabbed my attention. I laid on my bed listening to this story for almost two hours. The narrator wasn't the best but the story was amazing. As a young female in a relationship I could reflect on my relationship choices because of Alice's (when she was young and 10 years older.) I felt like I've learned a lot and I would buy this physical copy to highlight the sentences that made me think and pulled at my heart strings.
This book is beautiful and very real. It won't always give you what you want but it allows you to form your own opinions.
I recommend this as a physical book and an audio. Especially if you're young and trying to debate if your "young opinions" are valid.

She wakes up at the bottom of a square hole, its walls glowing with intricate carvings. But the firemen who come to save her peer down upon something even stranger: a little girl in the palm of a giant metal hand.

It Was Just Okay
Revisado: 03-22-17
It had a good start but the characters and situations didn't develop at an enjoyable speed. It was too slow and it seemed like the author left a lot unanswered.
