While I'm sure the author was all for subverting expectations, they'd written a story with a dissappinting ending and too much narrative that I couldn't agree with or suspend my disbelief for.
Great performance though.

Fantastic write who really enjoys his art

CT is an amazing author.
His books are well written and always usually a good laugh. There's definitely a theme to his writing and if you've read his other collections, this will be a warm addition to his other hits.
That being said, I'd give this book a 4 out of 5; only reason I didn't give this a 5 is that for me lately it's harder to ingratiate myself within this story as normal.
I didn't resonate with I usually do... And that's ok. this series just isn't for me, and that doesn't mean it's not going to be a hit for you.
Aliens, StarTrek genre infused with comedy, Plots to save the universe.

a harem sex novel rather then a superhero story

Got this for free so didnt read a description for it in amazon before hand. Hoped it would be in the same vain as Rules of Supervillainy or Darklord's Handbook, but not even close.
Not for kids. Had a great fantasy hook, but devolved into graphic sex novel only appropriate for a sexual male power fantasy. Dude, i legit hate that term but this was literally a power trip in the truest of terms. Also, mad cringey with the popculture references, like it was trying to ride the tailcoats of superhero movies.
Voice actor's voice is terrible with women, or maybe the writing was too poor. Tessa was grating to the ears EVERY time.
