The table is a central metaphor of throughout Scripture and it's where the real substance of life—from the mundane to the magnificent—is dreamed up, planned out, prayed over, accomplished, and celebrated. Yet most people aren't intentional about taking a seat at the table of their own lives—let alone prioritizing the important things that happen around the tables in their homes, at work, and beyond.

Very Practical

This was an enjoyable and informative listen. I’ll definitely be recommending this book. It a good reminder that we need to be selective about who we allow to have an active voice in all areas of our lives. I feel very encouraged and ready to take action (at the head of my table)!
