Millman is delightful to listen to. He offers many helpful suggestions and helpful reminders, much like a coach. I really enjoy this book and author very much. He can be hokey at times, but in a good way. Feels like an uncle giving a pep talk. I listened to the first 3 parts straight through, and I have a short attention span! Effectively lifts me up, softens my inner critic, calms my moodiness and does get me thinking. The practical, yet open-minded and gentle approach is informative in and of itself. He is a great teacher in my opinion.

The bowl was captivating. His voice blends well into the background. Primary focus stays on the peace inducing sound waves of the the bowls. Together makes a good pairing! Listened in nature next to a stream. This meditation helped drown out the sounds of the nearby highway! Thanks
