Historia
The new Bates Motel is a tourist attraction, a re-creation of the infamous murder site, and the developers are already counting their profits. But there’s a new exhibit that nobody expected: the bloody corpse of a teenage girl crumpled in the front hall, stabbed to death. Among the avalanche of press and publicity is reporter and true-crime book writer Amelia Haines, who is studying the original Psycho killings.

ummm ok 😐

every time it started to get good the reader would call out the next chapter sometimes going into something completely different. I think he was try to be suspenseful but it was just annoying. More of a multiple character study trying to be put in a story. sometimes hard to follow because he would all of the sudden say a name that he talked about three chapters ago. the error was kinda funny in chapter 11. The reader himself did a great job and if I'm being honest the writer effortlessly added descriptions or related surroundings in a colorful manner.

Historia
Katmai National Park: 7,000 square miles of rugged, isolated wilderness in southern Alaska. Vast stretches of frozen tundra, deep ancient forests, and impassable ravines ruled by the massive volcanic God, Devil's Desk. Despite the vigorous protests of Michael, the Talbots and the Tynes head to the park for a much-needed vacation away from it all.

It was good until the end.

towards the end it seemed to be taken over by a feminist. a lot of self entitled "umm sure", "ah huhs". 🙄
just another chance to distort biological unequalities but it makes sense that the female creature would send in the kids first to investigate unlike the leader of a alfa male. 🤭
