Historia
Before Owen Michaels disappears, he smuggles a note to his beloved wife of one year: Protect her. Despite her confusion and fear, Hannah Hall knows exactly to whom the note refers—Owen’s sixteen-year-old daughter, Bailey. Bailey, who lost her mother tragically as a child. Bailey, who wants absolutely nothing to do with her new stepmother. As Hannah’s increasingly desperate calls to Owen go unanswered, as the FBI arrests Owen’s boss, as a US marshal and federal agents arrive at her Sausalito home unannounced, Hannah quickly realizes her husband isn’t who he said he was.

Great story
Revisado: 07-29-21
This was a fun story to listen to despite the narrator having a monotone voice.

Pretty accurate representation
Revisado: 05-03-21
I'm a NICU parent to twins (27 weeks) and this is a pretty accurate representation of the NICU experience. It is a crazy ride and listening to this with my husband was a great way for us to share and even laugh a little at our experience.

Historia
Popcorn Culture is brought to you by J and Ben Carlin aka the SuperCarlinBrothers on YouTube. The two are most well known for the The Pixar Theory, Rampant Predictions of your favorite upcoming movies, Harry Potter Trivia Fiends, and for being a pair of man childs. Man children? Men Children. None of those seem right. You get the point. Anyway, they wanted a way to talk more in depth about their theories and BEYOND! And this is their solution.

Ep. #53: We actually do just go to Lowe's
Revisado: 12-27-20
Long time fan of J. and Ben Carlin. They just seem so relatable/ approachable. Doesn't hurt that they are into a lot of the same nerd stuff as me!
In regards to episode 53:
Also, I am a second degree black belt in Tang Soo Do. I am also an instructor. When we break boards, we actually do just go to Lowe's and buy wood, specifically pine. It can be cut to different widths, 4 inches being the easiest and it can go up from there (I've seen 12 inches which is pretty difficult). When we break cement blocks, those are also just bought from Lowe's (or Home Depot). The key is that they just have to be dry. Once COVID is over, come to Connecticut and I'll show you how to do it.
