I have struggled with overthinking all my life. The understanding this book gives to why that might be as well as tools to cope and underwhelming ways to move through those thoughts.This author does a good job of going over different emotions and how to deal with them. They are not bad. I am a christian and this vibes well with “be transformed with the renewing of your mind.” Thank you for a great book. I will be tell my friends about this one.

Listening to ‘Teaching with AI’ was a game-changer for my approach to educating my boys. As someone intimidated by the complexities of artificial intelligence and to be honest even education at times, this audiobook gave me such relief. It broke down AI concepts to where I will now be able to teach lessons more creatively and efficiently. The everyday strategies and ethical considerations addressed give me confidence to integrate AI tools into our lessons and enhance our learning. This is a must-listen for educators at any tech-savvy level and who want growth in themselves and their students. I am really excited now to use some of these techniques with my children I am going to homeschool.

Insightful and motivating

These books were so insightful. My parents have been talking about this and practicing some of it for years, but I was uncertain of even where or how to begin. Each of the four books within this collection have helped transform my thoughts on living independently and right from my backyard. The easy-to-follow tricks connected modern living and traditional self-sufficiency. This book had information and tips on raising animals such as chickens and goats AND also where to start and how to thrive, establishing a water source and how to use it, and so much more. It definitely took some of the intimidation out of it for me. This book was intriguing to me because I want the lifestyle, not just the knowledge. This author really understands homesteading and cares about nature and how we connect with it. I recommend this audiobook for anyone looking to become a homesteader, preparing for less handouts, and/or who wants to connect more to the land.

What an interesting find in the dieting world for me. I recommend this empowering, creative guide to intermittent fasting not just for 50 year olds but even people in your 30’s like me. This audiobook has made me rethink my health journey. The advice, nutrition tips, and exercise strategies have revitalized how I see my day, food and my energy levels. I do not think of food as something negative anymore but a healthy and delicious provision to appreciate. The recipes are great too because they are easy but deliciously healthy.

This audiobook was a wonderful tool to have. I have young kids and I want to start now with daily affirmations for them. One is almost 5 and much more sensitive in emotions so these statements were so good to hear and have as we begin this journey. I would have liked a stronger narrator and more content. It was soo good! I am starting to say some of these affirmations to myself when I find my confidence is shaking or I’m feeling negative about myself. This is a great start and beautiful reminders for young girls, really anyone so check it out!

The month-long meal plan and different exercises specifically designed for menopause are right up my alley. I need all the help I can get. Soothing narrator with interesting twist

This audiobook, especially the soothing sound of the narrator, has really helped my sleep routine. The relaxing stories and meditations have significantly reduced my anxiety. Listening to this before going to bed is like having a personal narrator to guide me into deep sleep each night. My favorite story was Fay Yui for a few reasons, relatable for me. If you are struggling to go to sleep or even stay asleep, I recommend this audiobook. The meditations do a great job of relaxing your entire body for a full sleep.
