Good read

Not for the faint of heart a lot of swearing going on in this book. The story line was predictable but kept my interested in how the story would unfold. Enjoyed the narrator very much she gave life to the characters and kept the flow of the storyline.

I have listen to this book a dozen times. The story of Wolf and Mary is one of my favorites. Wolf was an outcast in his town until a plain school teacher came to town and showed him he was more than his Indian heritage and teach him to love who he is.

One of my favorites

MaryJanice Davidson has been one of my favorites since I first learned of her books. I started reading them and haven't had the time and was happy to find it on audiobook. This story didn't disappoint me. The narration was done well and loved to listen to Angela Gulner read the story and hear her interpretation of the characters

I bought this book because I thought it would be a fast listen. There really wasn't any story line and was confused about the plot. The ending felt as if there was more to the story and left the reader hanging for a completion to the story.

Laugh out loud funny

This book was so funny the banter between Derrick and Sarah kept me chuckling out loud. The narrator did a good job in telling the story. This is the first time I have listened to Nancy Wu and will be looking for her in the future.

The life of Charley Davidson

Would you recommend this audiobook to a friend? If so, why?

This series of books are well written and hilarious (I was laughing out loud). Charley is headstrong and Reys is trying to keep her out of trouble but, trouble is what finds her at every turn.

Did the plot keep you on the edge of your seat? How?

At every turn Charley is headstrong and a little ADHD getting herself in to trouble. Rayes her demoed boyfriend keeps trying to keep her safe mostly from herself.

What does Lorelei King bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you just read the book?

Lorelei King brings each character to life if you didn't know the name of them you would be able to tell them apart just by her voice. Rocket is one of my favorite.

Was there a moment in the book that particularly moved you?

The book as a whole is one that you listen or read in one sitting.

If you could sum up Risk Taker in three words, what would they be?

Proud of our military

What was one of the most memorable moments of Risk Taker?

Sarah being raised in foster home she has scars but, she risks her life to make sure our men and women of the military have a chance at life after being wounded.

What about Gabra Zackman’s performance did you like?

Gabra Zackman is one of my favorite narrators. She knows how to bring the story to life.
