I felt it was more fiction than non-fiction
Would you ever listen to anything by James Van Praagh again?
Nope - I don't think he is legitimate.
You didn’t love this book... but did it have any redeeming qualities?
The presenter was ok. It wasn't hard to listen to....just hard to believe.

I think this book should be moved to fiction

They prayed the sinner's prayer with her and believed that they could help redeem someone who had witnessed and experienced unimaginable rituals and abuses. What happened instead were death threats and the loss of their home as a sanctuary.

Yes! and that is saying a lot for me. Knowing that it is a true story makes it all that more disturbing.

The story bounces around too much Hard time line to follow.
What could Truman Capote have done to make this a more enjoyable book for you?

For the most part yes. A lot of data/events but not very detailed on any one event.
How would you have changed the story to make it more enjoyable?
Fewer events with deeper analysis of each case.
What did you like about the performance? What did you dislike?
I did not care for the performance. It is evident that there was not much editing....if any.
Was The World's Most Bizarre Murders worth the listening time?
It was ok, but not riviting.
