I love Sally Field. Her struggles with marriage, kids and her parents are all things anyone can relate to. As I was listening to her story I pictured the film and thought how easy it is to think an actors life is so easy when many have the same struggles as the rest of us. Wish she had talked more about the good times with Burt Reynolds but loved the ending and her talk with her mother.

Wonderful performance. The characters were great and loved the story. Good reminder of what’s really important in life. Hope more like this are made.

Ok read but could’ve been much better

Story was OK but really it’s just the chronological events in the day as the main character helps someone. Author easily could’ve done more interesting things with the characters and more about the emotions than just a day by day events

I always like to listen to books read by the author. Wish Amy Schumer had included more about being in the industry In the different events they got her to where she is today. Could’ve passed on hearing the details of her sex life.

Includes meditations Which will not be helpful if you listen on the go

I listen to books in my car so part of the book was not helpful as it includes meditations. Author does give you some different angles of how to look at money that are helpful.

What was most disappointing about Sam Bungey and Jennifer Forde ’s story?

I thought it was very hard to hear in parts. Maybe if the volume was turned up or something. I also didn't like the credits at the end of each chapter. Podcasts do this not books. I thought many things were repeated and not relevant to the story. Story should've been about 1/2 the length to keep you more engaged.

Good story but needs a different main narrator

Loved the mystery but the main narrator sounded like a robot with little emotion. Got hard to listen to. There’s supportive narrators were fine and enhanced the story.
